You will develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the broader marketing initiatives, ensuring that content resonates with our target audience and strengthens our brand positioning. This role offers the opportunity to design engaging campaigns that appeal to our clients and attract prospective clients while ensuring consistency
in our online messaging.

  • Develop and implement a robust social media strategy that supports the overall marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Manage the firm’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and (formerly Twitter), ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and new social media techniques to keep the firm ahead of competitors.
  • Collaborate with practice groups, lawyers, and the marketing team to craft campaigns that reflect the firm’s key objectives and services.
  • Work closely with legal and marketing teams to promote services, events, thought leadership, and legal insights through engaging social content.
  • Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia, tailored to each social media platform.
  • Ensure regular publication of engaging content that showcases the firm’s expertise and strengthens its brand presence.
  • Oversee all published content across social media platforms and ensure its alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor the firm’s brand perception on social media and make adjustments to improve its impact.
  • Develop innovative strategies and campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement on all social media platforms.
  • Manage and supervise interactions with followers, responding to comments and inquiries promptly to foster relationships within the firm’s online community.
  • Track and analyse the success of social media campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Monitor SEO performance and user engagement metrics, proposing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct regular analysis of social media performance, using tools like Google Analytics and social media management platforms to assess areas for growth and improvement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging way.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong creative and strategic planning skills, with the ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
  • Expertise in content creation, including writing, editing, and developing visually appealing media (e.g. images, videos, infographics).
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other emerging social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, user engagement, and the ability to track and interpret performance data using tools like Google Analytics.
