Islamiyyah is a first-class legal practitioner and the Deputy Head of the Corporate Department at XentiaLP. She is known for her consistent record of delivering exceptional results, and rapidly establishing herself as a world leader in her field. She is currently completing a Master's degree in Climate Change Law from the University of Lagos. Islamiyyah also maintains professional affiliates with both the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Nigeria.
